I saw this place while walking the street fair few months ago and today was my time to drop in. It’s a very small place but set up good. Atmosphere is authentic and my server was very helpful. I ordered my standard Pad Thai’s and as usual asked him to pick any dish he thinks will bring me back every day for life. No pressure My Pad Thais were excellent, my Autumn rolls were very good with the peanut sauce. All the food was very fresh, even my chicken in my chicken Pad Thai. My veggie/tofu pad
I absolutely loved the thick red curry—it was fantastic. The Tom Kha Gha soup was also flavorful, though some of the vegetables were a bit too fibrous, making it a little difficult to enjoy. I think using fresh, green scallions would really enhance the texture. Despite that, both dishes had amazing flavors, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Just a note: the atmosphere is more like a takeaway spot, but there are a few tables for small groups or couples.
I came across this restaurant a few months ago at a street fair, and today I finally got to try it. It's a cozy spot with a great layout and a welcoming vibe. The server was attentive and very accommodating. I ordered my favorite Pad Thai and also asked for a recommendation for a dish that would make me want to return forever—no pressure, of course!
LOVED the thick red curry dish. That was amazing. The Tom Kha Gha soup was very tasty, but some of the vegetables were way too fibrous which made it a little annoying to eat. I think if the scallions were fresh/green it would've made a big difference texture-wise.Still, the flavor was incredible in both dishes. I would recommend this place again.Note: The ambiance is that of a takeaway restaurant, but has a few 2- and 4-top tables to accommodate small groups or a couple.
The service was friendly, but the food was quite disappointing. The dishes lacked color and flavor, and there were no vegetables typically found in traditional Thai cuisine. They were also not seasoned or spiced well. Given the price we paid, there are definitely other Thai restaurants in the area that provide much better food.
