I ordered through the drive-t... read more I recently visited this Dunkin' location, and although I have been there before, my experience today at 3:30 PM was disappointing. I ordered through the drive-thru, but they forgot to include an item from my order. Both my girlfriend's drink and mine were not up to par; hers tasted watered down, and mine had a burnt flavor. By the time we noticed the issue with the food, we were too far from the drive-thru to go back. We tried calling several times, but no one picked up. I have been a loyal customer for years, and it’s really frustrating to have such an experience.

T... read more The service was friendly, and I was really impressed by his attention to detail—he clearly recognized that the last cup from the old pot wouldn't taste right. This young man truly represented Dunkin' exceptionally well. The coffee was exactly what I needed. His extra effort and care made a big difference; I’ve officially switched from the West Nyack drive-thru to come here for the best cup of coffee. Thank you for the fresh, hot cup that warmed my heart on a chilly day!
