We're off to Airmont, NY, where you'll discover a Baskin-Robbins that offers kosher options—a great addition for this area. Rather than being a drawback, it’s a definite advantage. The staff is friendly and accommodating, contributing to a wonderful experience.

This is my neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts, where I’ve been ordering a cappuccino with half-and-half for years. Earlier today, while in the drive-thru, I was told that they don’t make cappuccinos with half-and-half. Rather than argue, I explained that I have allergies to both milk and soy milk and that I dislike the taste of almond milk. They reluctantly agreed to make my cappuccino with half-and-half as a favor. Unfortunately, when I received it, the cappuccino was lukewarm. About 40 minutes after drinking it, I had an allergic reaction (I won’t go into the details, but those with food allergies will understand!). Putting customers at risk is not good business! I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow, and the next time I visit this Dunkin', I'll be speaking with the manager. This situation is unacceptable!

I recently visited this Dunkin' location, and although I have been there before, my experience today at 3:30 PM was disappointing. I ordered through the drive-thru, but they forgot to include an item from my order. Both my girlfriend's drink and mine were not up to par; hers tasted watered down, and mine had a burnt flavor. By the time we noticed the issue with the food, we were too far from the drive-thru to go back. We tried calling several times, but no one picked up. I have been a loyal customer for years, and it’s really frustrating to have such an experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. It was my dog's birthday, and I came in to get a pup cup. All the customers were loving my dog. I sat down while my friend ordered the pup cup, and suddenly, an employee or manager yelled across the entire store, "Ma'am, you can't have your dog in here." I wasn’t planning to stay long, and they could have addressed me politely instead of shouting. Avoid this place if you care about good customer service. It costs nothing to be kind.
