The atmosphere was very nice and cool also the staff, housekeeping isn’t that good, i wish they allowed ordering breakfast on the bungalow it will be very good View all feedback.

The rooms are very small in the main building, housekeeping service is bad, the shower water leaks outside to the floor of bathroom, making a mess. Also the light in our bathroom keeps flashing, and it is really disturbing, makes your head dizzy, and you can’t even get a decent calm shower with it keeps flashing at you, we asked the staff at the reception to fix more than three times but nothing happened. Nice hotel with a very nice view. The hotel facilities are nice and great customer service. Keeping in mind there are no places can be reached by walking distance. However, the hotel has a restaurant with shuttle service to reach the restaurant.
Not worth the hype!!! In middle of no where, bad customer service, couple of restaurants with very bad tast of food and terrible customer service. Everything about the restaurants are true rude people (this is the nature of the Turks) They charge for lots of money and no help whatsoever. And with rise of their gas prices, their mafia taxi drivers that they work with will steal your money. Turkey country is changed for worst for sure.
One of the awesome place, the hotel is clean, calm, with excellent hospitality Receptionist are helpful, l forgot my jewelry and did check out, after few hours, l have received WhatsApp sms telling me about, honestly l was so happy about their gesture, much appreciated The restaurant providing such a beautiful place and delicious food. Definitely l will come back Hopefully it will stay the same
We enjoyed staying at this hotel, everything was amazing. The staff was so welcoming, the room was super, and the view like the haven. There is access to see and stay beside the black sea as well. we tried the dinner and was so delicious and the breakfast was incredible. Really we had the best experience in this hotel. LOVE to come again
Beautiful hotel, clean and the service is amazing. The bunglow is spacious and very well designed and serviced The route up the mountain to the hotel is gorgous and worth exploring on foot. The resturant and the staff were spectacular, we had the best breakfasts and enjoyed learning some turkish from the staff who also helped us in exploring the area. To huseyin, the other Huseyin, Abdullah , zulyha. Sumaya, zafer, Mustafa, Ali , Ibrahim we thank you for every support and kindness you showed.
