We are waiting seven hours to change the rooms because of the AC not working be note that there is available rooms in that time!! The baddest services I ever seen.. There is no employee responsible for the bags. Also not answering to our calls.

They brought a broken bed, requested replacing it, but they did not do so. My room did not have a kettle. Some rooms are accessible only thru small stairs so you need to carry your luggage and baby stroller. The pool was closed. Reception staff are creative in being rude and not friendly (restaurant staff are professional).They are not even trying to resolve the problems I was facing.
