My order is usually right 9/10 times. Staff I have encountered have always been friendly however, I do not like being called hun. I understand it may be hard to stop saying it but being called hun 4 times in a very short time span is more than uncomfortable for me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Horton's:
Wrong order farmers wrap. I ordered three farmers wraps, one with an extra egg. They gave me three wraps with no extra egg in one. I drove back 10 kms and explained the issue. They just took it from me to the back and said nothing. No apologies and no updates for 10 minutes till I got the right wraps back. No apology for messing up my order and not apologizing at the counter. View all feedback.
On December 28, 2021 at 9:45 am, I utilized the drive-thru at this restaurant. The customer service representative was clear and easy to understand through the speaker box. They efficiently took my order and displayed good knowledge of the menu. The wait time for my food was pleasantly short. The order I received was correct and well-prepared. Overall, I was impressed with the service. Great job!
I love going to the Lasalle and Falconbridge location for my favorite Farmers Breakfast wrap and an apple fritter. As a senior, I always receive the best service here.
