What Dusty Canyon doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I recently visited your establishment looking to purchase a dozen donuts for a gathering I was hosting. Specifically, I wanted to include three blueberry fritters in the dozen for my guests. However, I was told that I would need to buy the fritters separately as they were only sold individually. The service at this restaurant was excellent, but my only complaint, which applies to all Tim Hortons locations in Sudbury, is that they should always offer a cup sleeve when serving hot drinks. It can be dangerous to hand over a hot cup of coffee or tea without a sleeve, as it can burn the customer's hand. It's surprising that this hasn't been addressed more consistently at every Tim Hortons in Sudbury. View all feedback.
