The service at this restaurant was excellent, but my only complaint, which applies to all Tim Hortons locations in Sudbury, is that they should always offer a cup sleeve when serving hot drinks. It can be dangerous to hand over a hot cup of coffee or tea without a sleeve, as it can burn the customer's hand. It's surprising that this hasn't been addressed more consistently at every Tim Hortons in Sudbury. View all feedback.

I recently visited your establishment looking to purchase a dozen donuts for a gathering I was hosting. Specifically, I wanted to include three blueberry fritters in the dozen for my guests. However, I was told that I would need to buy the fritters separately as they were only sold individually. I suggested adding the cost of the fritters to the total for the dozen, as they are frozen and only take a few minutes to bake, glaze, and fill. I was disappointed to learn that I would have to purchase a six-pack of fritters for additional money instead of simply adding the cost to the existing dozen. This left me as an unsatisfied customer, especially since I had already purchased a dozen donuts. Sincerely, Dusty
I waited in line for 10 minutes for a coffee but had to leave without getting one because I would have missed my bus. There were plenty of staff available, so there was no reason why someone couldn't have taken my order during that time. The service is supposed to be quick and convenient.

I visited a welcoming restaurant today, but it got busy and they quickly opened a second one. The service was friendly and efficient. The drive-thru was very crowded.
There's nothing like waiting in line for over 15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of you, just to order a chai tea and end up receiving an orange pekoe instead.
