A reservation was made on March 7 for the evening of March 8 at 8:00 p.m. We arrived at the restaurant at 20:14, at which point the young waitress looked at us reproachfully and told us that we were late and gave us our meal. Our mistake is that we didn 't call a quarter of an hour before announcing that we were going to be late, but the restaurant staff showed unprofessionalism and incompetence by the simple fact that they don 't have in their list of responsibilities to make sure by phone call if the reservation remains valid or the little to call us at 20:00 to warn us that they have acquaintances who are waiting to be led to a table already reserved, by the way. Well, we were led upstairs to a couch with a table that was at knee level where you couldn 't eat. I tried to talk to the manager, who was not too bothered by the situation. He told us the same thing and that if something is released in the meantime, we will take a seat at the normal table. To top it all off, I ordered the Delicacy salad which costs 70 lei, which is not worth the money and which came with half an avocado camouflaged with seeds on top and brown on the inside. I asked the waiter to go with the plate to ask the chef if he could eat the rotten avocado. Dpmdv, they should have sent an apology and bonus for such a blunder, but they sure lost 2 loyal customers. You have a lot to work on in terms of kindness and respect towards customers. Maybe you should take a trip outside or at least around Eker/Latino ; . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
