The customer service is overall average - some staff are standouts (excellent!) whereas others need a little training. Over the years prices have gradually increased but the quality is still high. Sometimes the waiting time and queue are long. I have waited up to 10 minutes on one occasion which is okay, but I was in a rush. I strongly recommend asking how long the wait is before you order. It would be great if they had a third staff member - they usually have two - but it's a small work area so that's understandable. Overall, check out Chatime in Subi!

I am a regular customer (at least once a week I go) However on numerous occasions they have been out of custard (egg pudding) and the service has taken in previous times anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes in peak hours. However , this is usually due to lack of staff members as there is usually only one or two people working, soI would recommend they hire more workers. Overall, a great place for tea and have recommended and raved about to many.
