Zeppelino`S - Stuttgart

A restaurant across from the train station. Very sleepy and not busy. Staff seemed very indifferent. A Russian family with a son about six sat in my section. The son yelled and shouted the whole time. He was running around and rolling on the floor. It was very annoying. I asked the manager to ask them to control their son. He apologized and did nothing. Then they played a movie on an iPad for him on full volume. A nice, quiet meal alone was completely ruined.

So dissatisfied with this restaurant, we expected better but left disappointed and still hungry. When we called we specifically asked if there were vegetarian options available and we were told that there were plenty. To our dismay, there were only two options and one of them was the expected overpriced cheese spetzle, ugh! My husband who is not vegetarian ordered the fillet medium well and he received a chewy cold piece of steak that was tasteless and cooked well done. Our food was overpriced and very bland... We will definitely not be coming back, we do not recommend it and it’s sad because the staff was great and friendly. The restaurant has a nice ambiance but you can get much better elsewhere, sorry.

The food in Zeppelino 'S is good and the service too. I had some white season asparagus with a classic sauce hollandaise and a small Schnitzel . The asparagus was delicious, cooked to perfection with a bite and the sauce hollandaise was a dream. The Schnitzel was a little bit disappointing due to the lack of seasoning and the extremely small size. I will come back to try a different dish soon.

Food was amazing and service was quite exceptional. The servers go above and beyond to make the dining experience delightful.

Good location, nice eating area and good food. Well cooked food and good service. Well worth a visit. You may be tempted by other eateries, but bear in mind that the chefs here are well trained, staff know what they are doing. You can’t go far wrong. Burger was lovely, I ordered the sweet potato chips to go with it. Club sandwich also looked great. Did not see or were offered disabled friendly toilet. Lady’s was up a flight of stairs so took some effort to get up and down the flight of stairs.
