The Little Greek Taverna - Stuttgart

We had dinner here. The menu was in German and Greek so we had to have help translating since we speak so littler German. My husband ordered the lamb chops..

Nice place to sit outside. Relaxt atmosphere. Greek music playing in the background. The food was quite good and the prices were decent. Service was unfortunately not so good when we were there. Plenty of free tables but we were told to wait at the...entrance together with some other guests. Which is fine. No staff member came back to the entrance for around minutes we did have a reservation. Then we were pointed to our table. Took forever to order a drink. The drinks themselves only showed up after the Vorspeise were already on the table. Beer drafted poorly, far below the marker. Not that it is about the volume but common, put a little bit of care into what you are delivering. Waiters did not really seem to care that there were guests. Empty glasses on our table and those around us. Nobody to take away the plates after dinner must have been standing there for almost an hour after we were done..., nobody to ask whether we might want a desert. Actually had a nice evening and we are really not too demanding guest, but while writing this review I reduced the rating from to stars... really poor service. Unfortunately will not be going back there

I had the grilled octopus with a dry greek red wine and it was fresh and full of flavor, the service is OK. It is difficult to find specially by public transportation, and opening hours are not clear

We used to rate this restaurant as one of the best places for authentic Greek food in Stuttgart! It’s unfortunate that the quality has not been held! They do not have a large menu but when ordering we were told that several items were not...available! These were not seasonal items and it was not late after opening. The lack of being prepared for customers was truly disappointing! What we did order was average and uninspired..

Very nice place! Greek music playing, very nice service and DELICIOUS food! Not expensive, very good value for money. We were too hungry, so no pictures...
