It looks like a shoddy fast food place from the outside, but when we've been there, the food has always been freshly prepared with crisp, delicious...veggies and generous portions. The Pho is fantastic (my wife never orders anything else), and I've enjoyed a salad and beef stir-fry from the specials menu that were both delectable, the salad in particular, with the typical mix of lime, fish sauce and chili in the dressing. It fills up pretty fast at lunch on weekdays, so try to get there by 12:00 to secure a spot. The passion-fruit aperitif (alcohol-free) with fresh fruit is also fantastic, though huge! Not recommended if you're planning a soup afterwards!

The interieur of the restaurant was very nice not like with many Asian restaurants where it looks rather...cheap and simple or where you can watch the chef behind a dirty glass window. Not so here. We liked it, it was very pleasant dining there. The restaurant offers Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese food and quite a number of dishes of each culture. Often this high number of dishes is an indicator that the food is not so good but here it was. Also that the room was full !! proved that it would be great. And it was. We had several different dishes and almost all of us liked it well!! If you like hot food then you should pick level 3 level 1 of 3 being the least standard spiciness/ hotness . It was not as hot as you get regularly in Asia but still I loved it. The food is served beautifully arranged on nice plates and are made I would say of good quality ingredients. Yummy !!! The personell was very friendly and professional. We liked having a late lunch there. Highly recommend it if you need something right in downtown Stuttgart.
