Rosenau is located directly on the Rotebühlstraße in the west of Stuttgart. The staff is always very polite and will gladly advise guests about the current menu. The dishes are always super fresh and very healthy. Prices are adjusted to quality. At noon many businessmen meet there and you don't have to wait for a very long meal. However, I personally find the facility a bit boring and nothing special, but this is a t... View all feedback.
Weekly menus mixed with daily specialties. You have to order and pay at the cash point but you can then take a seat and they will bring you the food. Very fast and nice Service and the food is delicious. Totally recommendable for lunch on work days.
Forget the bad reviews from times past. Since September 2015, Roberto (chef) and Sue (manager) have turned this bistro into a delightful place for lunch or dinner. My wife and I have eaten there twice for lunch and were very pleased with our faire. But what really convinced us of their culinary and service expertise was having our wedding celebration there. Sue worked with us on every detail in order to make the night memorable for us and our guests. Her staff was both cordial and extremely efficient and tended to the varying needs of the guests with a very professional, yet friendly attitude. Feeding 40 guests at once buffet-style can be a daunting task for many small establishments, but not the Rosenau. Roberto worked with us to design a menu that provided for all tastes and exceeded everyone's expectations. Starters included a wild herb salad punctuated with pomegranate seeds and a yellow lentil soup. The French classic Coq au Vin became the signature dish for the evening. Tender marinated chicken brimming with the delicious taste of red wine and subtle spices. Absolutely delicious. Fish eaters were treated to a lemony poached salmon that was full of rich flavor. Vegetarians were offered a yummy hand made pumpkin ravioli. All this served with a potpourri of fresh seasonal steamed vegetables. Dessert lovers could indulge in a threesome of sweet delights: panna cotta with a red berry compote, tart fruit salad, and an extremely decadent chocolate cake. No matter what your needs are -- casual lunch, an evening out, or a party with friends, you can count on the Rosenau to come through.
Great Sunday brunch with child care. Take the train!
In Rosenau in Stuttgart I have already seen the current programme of the fabulous Christine Eixenberger twice. I've been really delicious and I'll be back next time in her performance. The rather small theatre was always amazing. In addition, the food (choice of hot dishes is very limited) and the hospitality was really good.
In Rosenau I would like to evaluate three aspects: a General Gastronomy Gastronomy is very trivial. Last time I was eating there, there were turkey meat, rice and sauce. It was all salted. Since I had an intervention shortly before, I was too tired to discuss. In the past, the gastronomy has not knocked me off the stool. Once there were mixed salads with turkey strips. The salad was suspected of coming from the bag. Prices are higher overall. I paid 70 cents more than in the theatre house during a cultural program for a Schorle. When I didn't give a tip, as I had to put the bottle after a longer waiting period (it had to be kept with some customers a little chat with emphasis on the counter and no word said, I was also looked stupid. Tipping is not the pain money you pay to get anything served at all. The regular kitchen deserves a maximum of 2 stars. b Dark restaurant: Gastronomy is clearly worth 5 stars. High-quality dishes are taken (Swibian-Hellish Pig, cow from Hohenlohe, various vegetables, the salad looks different to worlds... I saw this in the kitchen when I went to the toilet. However, I would rather like to rate the service under the golocal entry of the association, because the staff is from the View club and not from Rosenau. c. Cultural program: 4 stars The Kutlur program is really great. Since the showroom is small, every performance has a private character, and you get the opportunity to talk to artists.
