Riva - Stuttgart

Everything starts with completely indifferent attitude from the staff letting you wait for you table with no explanation even if we had reservation. Polite words as thank you or excuse me seem to be also unknown to them even when they forget something from your...order. We got the impression they just wantrd to finish working and go home as no dessert nor coffee was offered at the end of the dinner. The food was very average with the strange interpretations as pizza with carrots... Ravioli was hardly home made and shrimps on the pasta were tasteless.. The wine was ok. The place itself is quite small and not super cozy but local people eating there create good atmosphere

We did not like the atmosphere as this restaurant was awfully full and we do not like to share a table with strangers. The site was very noisy and we had to wait almost an hour for the food. The waiters are indifferent to the...customers. Lasagna was not bad neither good. The carpaccio was excellent. The wine is too expensive and there is no choice

Cozy atmosphere, and delicious food! One of the best meals of our trip. The Gorgonzola cream sauce is absolutely amazing! The staff spoke enough English and were very pleasant and patient with our inability to speak German. The atmosphere was pretty with candles glowing on...each table. We loved this restaurant

A great Restaurant with a cosy atmosphere. Eventhough a small Restaurant we were there with colleagues and had a wonderful evening. The Tonnato I had was perfect. Just the little tuna taste that it needs to have as an extra for the meat. The...Vegetables were fresh and had a very natural taste. The red wine from Sardinia was smooth and with a good taste. All in all it was worth a stay and I will return for sure

Clearly a neighborhood favorite lots of local folks strolling by stopped for a chat with diners. Even though we americans showed up without a reservation, the waiter found a table and treated us very nicely.
