Good Japanese food, but the service was not at Japanese level. an order has been forgotten, a false written and instead of apologising we were taken as guests.... read more Good Japanese food, but the service was not at Japanese level. an order has been forgotten, a false written and instead of apologising we were taken as guests. there are better japaners in stuttgart who have a much better price/performance ratio!Good japanese food but the service was really bad. they wrote down the wrong order, forgot one dish, mixed up starters and main dishes (one friend was already done when i got my main dish). after that the waiter got mad at us and didn’t even apologize.There are many other japanese restaurants in stuttgart with (japanese style) service and high quality food. i don’t recommend kicho.

Very Japanese in service, ambience and food quality! We ordered 2 boats from sashimi and one of Sushi and both were amazing. Special mention of the Matcha Dessert combination. And bonus point for the service maybe I am too used to...German restaurants, but in Kicho, you only make eye contact with a waiter and 2 seconds later they are very polite to ask what you want. Would definitely go back!

I had udon and shabu shabu which had been tasty however the quality was the green tea ice cream! The flavor is so real and gives you an explosion of green tea flavor! splendid carrier and the waitress turned into sporting a kimono so thumbs up for that!
