Interestingly, I read a comment here where someone reported how good their cortado tasted. I 'm surprised that something like this is served there. As a Portuguese, I know the typical preparation methods from my second home country. The Cortado is nothing more than deacidifying an espresso with a few drops of milk. So that 's it. You also like to eat the typical, thick and massive croissants
