Edit: After my last two visits, I was no longer so excited. Today my dish was rather tasty and the picked garlic in a jug served us as a spice had some dead fruit flies in it. Downer! Minus a star, three stars. happy that Hanoi replaced the former Vietnamese restaurant there, which was not very vegan friendly. Hanoi offers some clearly vegan selected options and you can basically get any meal veganized as they use vegan “no fish” sauce. Fish sauce is the tricky part when it eats asian, because it is usually not mentioned in the menu and dishes seem to be vegan (if you do not know now you know); The food is fresh, vegetables are crunchy, the roasted tofu is good and there is a lot of it. Portions are lush, overall value is good. The staff is friendly and dogs are welcome. Updated by previous rating on 2022 12 03
You don't have too much vegan options, but as a vegan I'm terrible to decide, so it was kind of good. The Lemonades are delicious and the spring roll was fresh and really good. My main dish was not overwhelming, but everything in everything was really good!
I was there with a girlfriend (Omni) and there is not only something to find when someone else lives vegan. But here's a good one. Very nice staff, fantastic food. I can only recommend it. If I'm back in Stuttgart, I'll definitely go to dinner again
