HAMMER ACTION ! I've been very often in the flo's for lunch. The dishes are very tasty, which I like very well is that they are also made fresh, service is fast and friendly. Recently, however, there was a negative experience with a waiter, which led me to a bad evaluation. Today, the boss of the Flo's stood at my shop and apologized personally and very kindly to me. As compensation, I got a dozen vouchers from him. This great action has, of course, quickly got around in business. I found this very great and, of course, accepted the apology and withdrawn the negative assessment. We were back in the Flo's at lunchtime and tried the Cheeseburger for the first time, delicious simply tasty! On the same evening, the waiter also appeared in our shop and apologized to me, it should be just a joke: I hope the boss left this and gives him a second chance! We will recommend you :
