Today, December 16th, around 12:30 pm, I was insulted by the young salesman because I told the children next to me not to shout so much. I said this because I am hard of hearing and couldn't understand the salesman. Even when I explained this to him, he remained rude, so I left. It's a shame, I always enjoyed coming here! The owner is very nice, but being treated so rudely because of my hearing impairment, especially after four bouts with cancer, is really going too far. Let's hope the young man learns what empathy is. The crepes are usually good, but such an experience is shocking. I had just come from the doctor after an injection in the back of my head, and I only wanted to get the crepes and take a taxi home. I wasn't prepared for such rudeness. We've certainly spent five figures here over the past 40 years, and this is how we're treated. I told him that too, and that instead of apologizing, I was complaining, but he remained rude.
