If you have a €48, 3 course meal and ask for some wine pairing do not expect them to open bottles of €80, one piece and keep you on open bottles without asking you. With a group of 15 they managed to get 41 champagne aperitive on check 15 €, one piece! And for the digestion they served (about 3 cognacs at €80, a piece without mentioning the price.... After a serious discussion they took quite a few drinks from the check; but this is really a single, but never again experience!

It's a great spot for business meeting weeknights, pre-gaming for weekend nights and hip location to take out-of-towners. Boantz is hidden broad day light as a critical city feature...in S-Mitte, it's hidden in the Hauptbahnhof Clock tower, just under a free city view. With dominating views of the Stuttgart valley, Königstraẞe and the Schloẞplatz, it's worth the trip up the elevator or stairs (if you dare). But, don't miss out on the wonderful cocktails made by the friendly staff. The drinks are certainly among the best-prepared cocktails in Stuttgart and there is an equally nice wine and beer selection. So, check out the best hidden gem in downtown Stuttgart, and grab a drink to accompany the view. Downside: the food could be of greater variety and better quality.
