When I walked into t... read more In the food service industry the first interaction with a customer should be a welcoming friendly one. Unfortunately this was not the case. When I walked into the store and greeted the cashier I was ignored as I stood for 5 minutes waiting for him to be done with whatever was distracting him on his screen. After he was done he very unwilling took our orders. For one bowl we requested no herbs, this was ignored. The promotion was also no applied as advertised. The food was good but the customer experience was poorly executed.
