The pasta was completely overcooked and mushy, and the mushrooms tasted like they came straight from a can. The price-performance ratio was completely off – far too expensive for what was offered. The service was particularly disappointing: some of the staff were unfriendly, arrogant, and seemed unmotivated and unenthusiastic. In addition, we were charged €6.50 per person for the birthday cake we brought ourselves – even guests who didn't want any cake. We found this completely unacceptable and outrageous, so we refused. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Not recommended – we won't be back.

I ordered porcini mushroom ravioli, but was served ravioli with canned mushrooms, which was noticeably different in both taste and quality. Furthermore, the Parmesan cheese was sprinkled directly onto my plate instead of being served separately, as is customary, allowing me to control the amount. I pointed these issues out on the spot, but my feedback was neither taken seriously nor addressed. I found this particularly disappointing, as good service should be open to criticism. Overall, the visit was unsatisfactory, and I would have expected both better quality and more attention to customer needs.
