We had a grou... read more This restaurant used to be JQ Foxes, and I hadn’t visited in quite a while. It seems they’ve expanded the space, which is now very nice and clean. We had a group of eight, and we were able to rearrange the tables to fit us all comfortably. The menu for dinner is smaller, but it offers some excellent options. I enjoyed a couple of beers and a chicken sandwich wrapped in a tortilla, which was quite tasty. Each menu item comes with a few variations to choose from. The bartender was friendly and playful, which added to the overall atmosphere. I had a lovely evening out with friends. The only downside was the chair I was seated on, which was uncomfortable—though it might just be me.

That'... read more I received burgers that were freezer burnt, and the waitress was inattentive. I ended up not eating any of my meal, and I wasn't offered any compensation. That's understandable, but when she inquired about my meal, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue. Overall, poor service and subpar food.

Got seated and it was downhill from there. I think they were doing rock, paper, scissors to see who was going to be thecook on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time because I don't think it should take 70 minutes for a chicken sandwich. There was aperiod of over 40 minutes where we didn't see the server and she was the only one serving. If you are going to be a grill, havethe staff ready and available to service your customers. We won't be back.

I've visited several times, and each experience has been wonderful! The staff is fantastic and remembers your name! It's a great place to bring kids, as long as it's not too late. For the best experience, aim to arrive before 6 or 7 PM.
