Unfortunately, it seems that Arby’s doesn’t actively monitor feedback and just sent an automated response to my review. I really hope the guys see this!

Alternatively, it would be helpful to train your staff to better understand the difference between a wrap and a sandwich.

I placed an order for a regular fish sandwich, a Su... read more It was around 10 PM when I visited Arby's and, to my pleasant surprise, I discovered they accept Tap to Pay. I placed an order for a regular fish sandwich, a Super Beef 'n Cheddar, a brisket sandwich, and a chocolate shake. The young employee at the counter was very polite, even though he was also handling drive-thru customers and keeping busy. He took my order correctly and was courteous when handing it to me. I can definitely say I'll be returning to this location. I rated the food a 4 because, after the 13-minute drive home, I had to warm it up a bit. Overall, it was good and I had no complaints.

I’m like ok... read more Just left here 10 minutes ago. Tried ordering the Cheesy Bacon Burger and the lady twice, yelled, WE ARE OUT OF BURGERS, WE HAVE NO BURGERS TONIGHT. I’m like ok… I’ll have a number 3, then she huffed into the speaker. I told her to cancel the order as she seemed bothered by someone coming to the drive thru to order food, which is what Arby’s is open for, right? I will say, the other times I have been to this location, the service and food was excellent so I gave 5 stars for that. This visit, put a sour taste in my mouth. I went to Wendy’s next door where they greeted me and happily took my order. Thanks Wendy’s.
