The food at Kinara is outstanding! This Indian restaurant by the coast offers incredible dishes. Our group of eight arrived just before closing time, but we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality, along with fantastic food and service. I will definitely recommend this place! Tried this place out for the first time. Their Chicago dogs were amazing! Located in a gas station. If you?re looking for atmosphere, this may not be the right venue for your occasion. But if you want a great meal while on the go, hit them up! I willdefinitely be back. View all feedback.

I've never been to India, but it's one of the few places I'd like to have an extended visit to. The cuisine at Kinara is so delicious, that I've been bringing extra home to Washington Island, to share with my friends. Yesterday, I had the samosas with spicy tamarind it was out of this world. The filling was cooked to perfection,and the sauce was dancing on my taste buds. Today I'm having the Spicy Chicken with naan the flavor and scent..fabulous. When you eat Kinara, shut your eyes, inhale and taste all the authentic spices it's lovely! I have yet to eat the Chicken Tikka because it's always sold out. (GEE I WONDER WHY?? I'll call in advance to reserve a batch for me. Please consider having a shop on Washington Island.
The chicken tikka masala is awesome, the Burgers are also excellent. While I wish they had longer hours they usually have refrigerated take-out available.
The Indian food is fantastic . I've had it many times but a few days ago I had their kinara burger and it was out of control !!! So good!!
