I just wanted to announce how racist your cashier was on this date Aug 7th 2022 10:09 am she was totally rude I couldn?t even get a cup of jalapeños or eggs and she was so rude about it I even told her well yesterday they gave them to me and she totallycaught an attitude like if you don?t want to do your job get lost ma?am we pay for your customer service not for your attitude
Employee was unable to complete my transaction at the register. She was able to tell me I had a $25 balance on one of my subway gift cards, and $4 on the other, but when the transaction was declined, she couldn't explain it. It is not the customer's faultthe card machine is giving error messages that cannot be understood by the employee--and the employee on this evening didn'teven offer an apology. I had just worked a 12 hr shift at the local hospital and didn't have my wallet on me--only the giftcards in my car console--it is only thanks to the complete stranger in line after me that I was able to bring home a sandwichfor my son. No thanks to the employee, who took the sandwiches away at the register. Thank you kind soul for buying usdinner... God bless!
BIG THANK YOU to the African American young lady with the short hair that worked in the morning yesterday .I am very pleased with how she kept her cool and didn't react differently towards the gentleman who was nothing but rude and disgusting towardsher .She was doing her job and he wanted free product and she explained to him in a very nice tone that she couldn't .The younglady did nothing wrong .When it was my turn next she didn't even show that it phased her, and made my experience lovely andeven got me laughing at her jokes . This generation is what we need .Great Job Kiddo and great job management for teaching thekids how to stay calm .
We recently ordered a foot-long steak and cheese sandwich, and it was so bad that neither my fiancé nor I could finish it. The sandwich was absolutely soaked in mayonnaise, despite our request for a normal amount. It was seriously drowning in mayo, which was just disgusting. The bread, which was supposed to be regular Italian, was hard as a rock and clearly not fresh. The steak was chewy, as if it had been overcooked. We were really looking forward to enjoying this sandwich, especially since we don’t eat Subway often, and we both had a craving for steak and cheese. From now on, I’ll go to the Subway on West Street (next to Dollar General in the Dunkin' plaza) whenever I'm in Ware. I've never had any issues at that location. The Subway in Walmart needs to either hire new staff or retrain the current employees.
I want to extend a BIG THANK YOU to the young African American woman with short hair who worked yesterday morning. I was really impressed by how she remained calm and composed in the face of a rude and disrespectful customer. She handled the situation professionally, explaining politely that she couldn’t give him what he wanted for free. She did everything right. When it was my turn, she didn’t let the previous encounter affect her, and I ended up having a wonderful experience while laughing at her jokes. This generation truly has what it takes. Great job to her and kudos to the management for teaching their staff to remain calm under pressure!
