I have 4 stars because the last couple times that I have ordered or been in here, the broccoli cheddar soup is kind of weird. Service here is very fast, they have curbside pickup, drive through and many optionsto order.

Breakfast is my favorite time to visit, especially with the unlimited fresh brewed coffee and their delicious bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta—it's truly addictive. The staff is incredibly friendly, personable, and accommodating. I absolutely love the Sturbridge Panera; it never disappoints!

They wouldn?t make amends in any way. We tip well and we?re nice people but this location isreally horrible.

We picked up coffees, bags of mini scon... read more Conveniently located with plenty of parking available. We stopped by to grab breakfast to take back to our hotel nearby. We picked up coffees, bags of mini scones, and a selection of soufflés. Everything was neatly packaged for us, complete with paper plates and utensils! The staff provided friendly service with a warm smile!

Thi... read more The service was excellent, and the staff was amazing. I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich but had to take out several soggy or spoiled lettuce leaves. This is the first time I've encountered an issue at any Panera, so it's not a deal breaker, just a bit disappointing.
