I?ve been waiting for a month for the owner to contact me about a refund. I?ve gone 4 times physically and called a handful of times. I ordered close to closing time and was given old, burnt appetizers and a bowl of celery and sauce. It was easily themost disgusting experience I?ve had, went back the next day with pictures and the receipt and left a message for themanager/owner who was supposed to call that night. Never did. Waited a few days and was told to throw the food away because ithad been 4/5 days and it was just in the fridge, left another message. Went a few more times and still wasn?t given a refund. Iurge every time to pay attention to the reviews. The owner is never around and the staff can not help with any issues becausethey don?t have the power to help, no fault of their own.
Delicious!! We love this restaurant it's affordable and the staff is always friendly
The food is excellent! I've been dining here for 30 years. It's becoming a bit pricey, but the food remains fantastic. - Bib P
The service was good, but the food was very oily. I went there to enjoy a nice time with some friends. They said you could request music, including Latin American songs, but when we asked, the DJ refused to play our requests. He played music for other people but seemed to discriminate against us. I do not recommend this place at all because of the DJ, who ignored the manager and acted with apparent racial bias.
The take-out Pu-Pu platter was enjoyable. The crab Rangoon was flavorful, and the boneless chicken along with the meaty chicken wings were satisfying. The shrimp rings were mostly batter, while the pork and teriyaki pieces were a bit dry and chewy. The pork fried rice was decent, with good flavor, though I would have liked more egg and onion mixed in. Everything was packaged well and remained warm—overall, a good meal!
