Truly a great meal! My wife loved her Cosmo for starters. Crispy Bream with lentils was terrific. The only problem was we only ordered one to share. We were fighting each other for the last bite!!!!
There was only one person serving. He was very busy, but very gracious. The music was too loud and he did not have access to the office to turn it down.
Delicious food that is different and much more subtle than other Peruvian restaurants. highly recommended. great service and decoration also.
Eating in los balcones is a wonderful experience. the food is delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is polite and attentive.
We had a delightful dinner here for us four. especially I enjoyed the short ribs and the tres leches cake. our server was in order and gave us an excellent service. this is a great restaurant for a casual dinner or a celebration.
