I never had any problems or complaints. my lashes last a long time. they do not fall out. the glue they use is magic I swear. all techniques are super sweet and well trained. the owner stacy has made my wimpers and kay makes them now. I recommend this salon to anyone looking for lashes. I made my breasts there too! I'm both driving my spots back, so it's really comfortable for me. love this place! Five stars!

I used them on different clients, and both clients contacted me the next day to say that half of their lashes had fallen off. I am aware that they do not offer refunds, and I am extremely disappointed with this product. It was a waste of money.

During my check out, I didn't see anywhere where I could enter the code. I got to the part where it says payment options thinking I could enter the code there and the system charged my card. I called the company and they stated that they will not give me a product worth the money that the discount would've equaled to that the will give me another code to use in the future, one that's already on their website might I add!!!!! They would not give me a credit. Never purchasing for them again. Horrible customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
