There are countless pizza options around the world, ranging from major chain restaurants to local favorites. Costa managed to blend these styles, transforming pizza into a gourmet experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients, all while employing traditional pizzeria techniques. This concept quickly gained popularity in Australia, leading to the opening of over 100 locations within just seven years. In May 2012, Crust made its debut in the United States with a new location in Studio City, California, under the leadership of Master franchisee John de Vries, who is set to drive franchise growth across North America. The pizza-making process is a well-coordinated operation, allowing you to witness the artistic flair that goes into preparing your pizza firsthand. The restaurant's interior reflects the vibrant energy of Studio City, featuring a playful mix of red, black, and white. This made it the perfect spot for Crust's inaugural U.S. location.
