City Wok - STUDIO CITY

This place has authentic flavors, a hip atmosphere, and a very helpful staff. It's in a great location also. Definitely recommended for great Chinese food.

Love this little plaza. Been going there for 10 years. The Ralph's is a wonderful grocery store with street and lower level entrance, via elevator. The card shop has a wonderful plethora of cards and gift items. There's a StarBucks, pharmacy and icecream store too. We always get a good meal at City Wok! I love the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and the Crispy Wings. The drinks are in large, old fashion plastic cups. You get plenty for your money! If the parking lot is crowded, go down to the lower level parking at the entrance off Vineland. Then take the closest elevator on your right to come baxk up to street level.There is a second level by way of an escalator. This plaza is just west of Universal Studios, down Ventura Blvd, just before Vineland.

The food, beer, and service were all fantastic, scoring a perfect 10/10! The table service was top-notch, and the food was genuinely impressive. It was healthier than I anticipated, freshly made, and absolutely delicious! Given the generous portions, I found it to be a great value. My boyfriend and I enjoyed some beer, the City Wok chicken with rice, and a half order of broccoli, which was more than enough for us. The service was truly outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking. We will definitely be back!

The food is delicious and flavorful, and the staff is friendly with prompt service. However, the restaurant is a bit cramped, with many customers closely packed together, resulting in a noisy atmosphere. Additionally, there are quite a few small tables that are too close for comfort. On the plus side, it’s located within a shopping plaza, providing ample parking. They also offer catering, as well as pickup and delivery options.

I always enjoy the freshly cooked meals and the attentive table service. The food is served hot and made to order. Dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and noodles are consistently excellent. Even the takeout stays hot by the time you get it home.
