It felt lik... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hamburger patties were very thin and didn’t have that char-broiled flavor I was hoping for. It felt like the raw patties were cut in half instead of being properly cooked. Additionally, the shakes were too runny because they had too much milk added to them. I plan to contact corporate to file a formal complaint about my experience.

I felt for him and would have offered him food if he were nearby, but it felt uncomfortable to have him invading my personal space. Instead, I decided to drive up to the window to place my order. The Apple Pay card reader was glitchy and rejected a perfectly good card, although my second card went through without issue. Overall, I was not impressed. Carl's, please fix your equipment!

Whoever manages their inventory is not doing a great job; it's a popular condiment, and they should have plenty available. Every single time I've come to this location, they've told me they're out of ranch. This is the worst fast food spot in the area.
