However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to ask for everything at the window, such as napkins and silverware. I understand that costs add up, but I had a similar experience at Cracker Barrel during the pandemic and decided to try Wendy's again. Unfortunately, they didn't provide syrup for my pancakes and claimed I didn't ask for it. This experience has turned me away from Wendy's for the past 4 months. If I go somewhere and don't receive basic necessities like napkins or utensils, I will choose to go elsewhere, like Arby's.

Even though the hours are posted on the door indicating that the lobby is open, I've found the door locked on multiple occasions.

I waited over 39 minutes for the cashier to take our simple order for four people, one of whom was a child. When someone else stepped in to help, the situation... read more I waited over 39 minutes for the cashier to take our simple order for four people, one of whom was a child. When someone else stepped in to help, the situation worsened. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for our food. My baked potato arrived with cheese and other toppings instead of plain, and the fish sandwich was terrible. Everything we ordered tasted like cardboard.
