To make matters worse, the guy took my change and kept saying, "Okay, have a good day," implying that I should just leave without getting my money back. What was that all about?

He definitely went above and beyond for our family when we stopped at Starbucks, not knowing we had a birthday boy with us and alittle sassy girl. I wish my local Starbucks had a Klarensky twin working there!
