Last Saturday we had lunch with my kidneys and neffen and had a wonderful table on the terrace overlooking the water, marina and boats...not long wait for the t... read more Last Saturday we had lunch with my kidneys and neffen and had a wonderful table on the terrace overlooking the water, marina and boats...not long wait for the table and everything was great until the server came to the table! the service was ok. not friendly at all! I asked for lemon for my water and she brought 1 slice of lemon...Did not ask anyone else (not a big thing)...but that was the beginning of the average, not extraordinary (his only job for me) service. the server was attentive to check on the table, but that was it! first, very unfriendly, second, my nephew ordered the chicken sandwich and told the server (vicki) he did not want to tweebel on his sandwich (and it pronounced) still the sandwich came with tweebel (he is allergic). the individual who delivered the food was then told nicely. I asked for no wobble on my sandwich and he said he would bring it back without wobble and then I asked. are they allergic / what was a great service. when my nephew said he was extremely nice and brounted again a new meal. none of it was a big thing. everyone makes mistakes HOWEVER...Vicky... the server came back to my neffen and said they should tell me they are allergic to my newpher said nicly, I said I don't want any twirl on the sandwich and said it twice. they said they should tell me they were allergic and then my neice was upset on the server. they made him wrong at the place of responsibility. I ordered the crab cake sandwich. it was ok not much taste yet; pommes were cold. I also asked about tarter sauce with my sandwich when I ordered it and never got it. only the sauce that came with the lunch. my wife ordered the mahi sandwich and said it was very good. my newphews chicken sandwich looked good and the califormia wrap my neice ordered her to say it was ok overall. the food was good. eating was not extraordinary. the service was unfriendly and must be improved, the interior of the restaurant must be updated, but the view is excellent. I could also understand any delay in investing in updating due to the covid 19 effect on the business. how it was beautiful. will I come back?...unsafe had dinner several times in the last few years and never had an extraordinary dinner. I write many critikens and most are extremely positiw. therefore I do not try to be negatiw. the location and views are exceptional and I would suspect that the server had only a bad day.

We sat outside under the overhang and had great water vi... read more My wife MaryAnn and eye wanted to try a new seafood restaurant, and we choose Sailors Return in Stuart. We sat outside under the overhang and had great water views. Jessie our server vas very present and a credit to the restaurant. We started off with drinks, a strawberry mojito for my love and a belvedere martini for me. We went there for lunch. We started off with Ahi Tuna Wontons. We had the Portobello Sandwich and Sailors Club. No rush and very pleasant. We will be going back with friends to have dinner and sample their fish dishes. They serve seafood,, steaks and spirits.

Make reservations during season. got seated right on time for our reservation time sadly not enough space between us and the large family next to us when they p... read more Make reservations during season. got seated right on time for our reservation time sadly not enough space between us and the large family next to us when they placed two toddler chairs in aisle right between us. all traffic has to navigate the small space. great server seafood platter with shrimp scallops and fish was a big hit. nothing but shells left. a little pricey but the trade off is great service and food. will return.
