I have been to oth... read more I have been to this location several times and the most recent time will probably be my last. I do know what the problem is at this location. I have been to other locations and do not have a problem. This location gives you mostly bread instead of a sandwich. For the money you are paying it's not worth it. If I wanted some slices of good bread I can go to publix. So not happy with this location. From the pics you can see what actually had chicken salad on it

Men and women bathrooms disgusting. My wife and I had our shoes stick to the floor , like it was mopped with dirty water. Dining area had trash on the floor. 5 staff members cackling behind the counter doing nothing. No one cares about service or what they served.I’m going to rethink paying $29.00 for this garbage. So I asked the employee behind the counter standing in front of several bagged orders. I was instructed to go back to the empty pickup shelf. A couple minutes later she brought the bags and I took my order. I could have lived with the unfriendly service but is this really how you slice bagels?

I've been told twice that decaf coffee stops being brewed at 2PM. The whole point of decaf is that you can sleep after drinking it, so, if anything, more decaf should be brewed on the evening. Typically, the coffee is all removed by 8PM, as well as creamers. Tonight, it took another 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. So, my suggestion is keep to decaf brewed and available until closing, along with creamers.

Took 1 bite and the mac and cheese was cold as if it was never heated. Asked for a new one that was hot. They declined and said there's a microwave over on the counter if I wanted it to be heated up. Will not return to this location. Happy to spend my money elsewhere on a regular basis.

I came here with my friend for lunch, and my food was really cold, i never really complain but i went to the QC to let her know if there was anything that could make itbetter. she had me standing there for a bit and then made someone else take my food to ?throw it back in the oven.? She thencalled me back and clearly by the picture the bread was fully cooked however, the mac and cheese was still cold. I had asked forthe bag of chips back because i did not eat them yet, and was thrown them. I opened the sandwich and then proceeded to find apiece of hair in it. All in all this place has horrible service.

I?m going to make sure they know who I am. Thursday August 11th we ordered 4 meals from my office, two of them where 2 teriyakichicken bowls. We got to very small portions we didn?t ordered pick two . Of course I called them to let them know abouttheir mistake Wait for 10 min on hold and hung up, emailed them and no answer. is not the first time I have the teriyakibowls and I know how they are supposed to look no answer was received. So today Saturday 13th of August we ordered breakfastand of course we brought up the inconvenience we had to the manager on duty and her answer was ?That?s the size!? With anattitude. No showing a minimum interest in knowing what was then issue and see the pics. I?m not mad at Panera we love theirfood and is worth the price to pay but $11.99 for what we got that day is not fair plus the attitude certain employees have.Panera Jensen has lost another customer.

However, I recently downloaded the app and decided to pick up an order.... read more I’ve dined at Panera Bread many times and it’s usually one of my favorite places to eat. However, I recently downloaded the app and decided to pick up an order. I ordered an everything bagel and a bread bowl, but they didn’t include any sides, and they didn’t cut the bread for the bowl. Instead of the soup I expected, I received a small cup of chicken broth with barely three noodles in it. I also requested utensils when I placed my order through the app, but none were provided. The chocolate chip cookie I received was hard and had an odd taste, while the soup was overwhelmingly salty. This was one of my worst experiences at Panera ever, and I won't be returning to this location. To add to the discomfort, there was a homeless man sitting near the entrance who made inappropriate comments. Overall, I left feeling quite unsatisfied and uneasy.

Their bagels and baked treats, especially w... read more Panera Bread remains a reliable choice for healthier fast food, and I really enjoy their Greek salad and soup combo. Their bagels and baked treats, especially with coffee or tea, are consistently tasty. However, I've noticed that the portion sizes seem to have decreased while the prices have increased quite a bit. That’s just my take on it.
