Today, I ordered curbside, and the manager came out to inform me that the quarter pounders are made to order and would be ready soon. They arrived shortly after and were just perfect. This is my second negative review—I previous... read more The staff was friendly, but the food was disappointing. Check out the pictures online versus what you actually get. This is my second negative review—I previously wrote about the nearby Burger King, which was even worse, if you can believe it. I don't want to harm any local business, but it seems like they just don't care. Pictures 1 and 2 show the Quarter Pounder with Cheese I received compared to the online image. Pictures 3 and 4 illustrate the other part of my order, which was also incorrect. While the special order was an improvement, just look at what I actually received versus what I ordered. I didn't realize McDonald's now serves subpar fries too.
