THIS PLACE SUCKS!! I never like to hate on places but this McDonald?s just sucks. I ordered 3 items took forever to receive them in drive-thru and when I did they forgot the drink and it took them 20 minutes no joke and I check my bag and they forgot asandwich I ordered. They just need to shut this location down the service has gotten very poor.
Service use to suck waiting forever to get your food and the fries were always cold don't know if management changed but now wow my food was amazing hot and was out in like not even 5 minutes
People were great. The burger was suspect. Woo. The triple was worth the 4.50 and no more.
I visited the restaurant for morning hotcakes and placed my order at the kiosk, paying at the same time. I waited at my table for my food, but it never arrived. After a considerable wait, I went to the counter and was told that they no longer deliver orders to tables. They mentioned they had called out that my order was ready a few times, but I didn’t hear anything. When I asked for my order, they informed me it had been thrown away. I tried to reorder, but they said breakfast service was over and offered me a hamburger or something similar instead. I declined and requested a refund, which they processed. It would be helpful if they noted the lack of table delivery on the kiosk when ordering. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
The customer service was quite frustrating; the cashier was unnecessarily rude. I didn’t behave poorly towards her, but she made my friend and me feel belittled. I understand that fast food places can be chaotic, but our orders were small and the restaurant didn’t seem busy at all. I'm really disappointed with the service I received.
