Contribute Feedback What Mike Moffitt likes about Jimmy Johns:
The new owners have significantly improved this restaurant. It's not the same Jimmy John's you may have read about in previous reviews. They are now open until 7 PM, a big upgrade from the previous hours of 11 AM to 2 PM, which made it tough for many customers to dine here. When I did manage to visit during the old management, the food was underwhelming. However, now the service is incredibly quick, and the food is e... View all feedback.
What Tina Quintero doesn't like about Jimmy Johns:
This place is quite unusual and not your average sandwich shop. They only offer one type of bread (white) and one kind of cheese (white provolone), which comes at an additional dollar. There are no condiments like salt and pepper, and the vegetable selection is very limited—no spinach, banana peppers, or black olives. Was this turkey made from scraps off the floor? Stuart has so many fantastic sub shops; don’t bother ordering from 2117 SE Federal Hwy.
My wife and child both got sick a few hours after dining at this restaurant. My wife noticed that the meat had a strange smell, but she dismissed it at the time. Unfortunately, it seems the meat was spoiled. I'm really disappointed that your establishment doesn't prioritize the well-being of its customers.
We were served by two gentlemen, Champ and Justin, who were great. I ordered the tuna sandwich while my husband had the Number 8 Italian. Both were incredibly delicious—some of the best sandwiches we've had in a long time. Definitely give them a try; you won't regret it!
I found that location to be worse than a subway. I ordered a sandwich, and everything inside was not fresh and tasted very bad.

There are no condiments like salt and pepper, and the vegetable selection is very limited—no spinach, banana peppers, or black olives. This might explain why I couldn't see any of the vegetables on my sandwich. Additionally, there are only four chip options, all of which are from the Jimmy John's brand. The staff member had already finished preparing my sandwich before I even finished placing my order. While the sandwich I had was decent, I felt that we could have gotten much better value at another sub shop.
