Arrive-told had to wait w ppl waiting to be seated) There sat my food. Next day, called to clarify n went to pu order, told wait again. Asked for mgr or owner, no. Asked to clarify policy n told yes, you wait for pickup by sitting another 40 minutes With those people waiting to be seated when there is a table? This is the most ridiculous thing. So if you call In an order, go when it’s ready, then you stand in line for a register that’s not busy, only to be told you need to go sit with people that are waiting for a table And you get your takeout order after those people are seated?? This would make some sort of sense if you placed your order to go while you were there but not calling it in and going to pick it up when it’s ready. . Rude Guy said next time you'll know. He’s also the one that goes around shouting all of a sudden and try to overlook that as may be a disability like Tourette’s syndrome, but it’s very unusual. I told this jerk, There w be no next time w he works there. Makes no sense. If u order takeout, wait to pu n wait again w ppl waiting for table? Thats stupid. I've ordered pickup orders all over country. Never experienced such bad service that makes no sense. Food was OK but I make better have pots and pans now. Much better food and service Few miles away in Mount airy North Carolina. The food left much to be desired; the meat in the tacos was dry, and there were no extra toppings to enhance their flavor. Honestly, I could prepare a better taco myself at home. The shell was unappetizing, and overall, the meal did not leave a positive impression. The only highlight was the fried ice cream, which was quite good. On the brighter side, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, and the prices are reasonable. However, I’ve certainly had much better meals elsewhere!
