Great people and place. In C19 days, can purchase at drive-in window and park in the shade to eat. Safe way to eat out. Note: This location will not take tips. We should be able to show our appreciation to these essential workers.

Dunkin' Donuts is the only place to get Real Dunkin' Donuts. We went on the tour of the local factory where their made.... the smell was beyond incredible. We were there for 2 hours and ate so many fresh donuts. Picked the em right off the cooling tray.....quality control is first rate.

I ordered an extra shot of espresso in my macchiato, but what I got was just coffee and milk. It’s clear that this place is more focused on making money than providing good service. They overload their drinks, don't offer any welcome, and won’t even give you your change back if it’s a small amount. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager, and if that's true, it seems she and her staff are running this place poorly. It's unfortunate because I won't be returning, and I’ll have to find another café that treats customers better.

I've been to this restaurant four times in the past month, and each visit has come with its own set of problems. Whether it’s receiving only one of the two drinks I ordered or getting something completely different from my request, it’s been quite frustrating. On one occasion, I specifically asked for a vanilla spice iced coffee, but instead, I got a vanilla swirl. Despite my efforts to make my order clear, the mix-up occurred, and I ended up feeling annoyed enough to just settle with the drink. I would actually recommend heading to the Starbucks across the street instead. It may be a little more expensive, but at least they tend to get your order right.

They are friendly and fast. I always go in there in the morning around 7 and I never have had to wait mote that 5 min.

They are always on point, the drive-thru is quick, and I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee!

Things have definitely improved at this location. The staff is very friendly, and the drive-thru generally moves quickly. I haven't had any issues with my coffee, so I'm bumping my star rating up to a 4. When the same team is on duty, they are always pleasant and consistently get my order right. They even complete my order for me, which shows they remember me—it’s a nice touch. However, in the past two weeks, the coffee has been barely lukewarm. I contacted corporate about this, but it hasn’t made a difference. I’m not sure what the issue is, especially since the prices just went up. I might have to consider switching to Starbucks.

I ordered food and one of the bagels was half burnt on one side and completely undercooked on the other. They also forgot to give us our coffee at first, and when we finally took a sip, we found that the sugar hadn’t dissolved, so I ended up drinking straight sugar. The donut I ordered was just tossed in a bag, and we didn’t receive it right away; plus, it was a bit stale. I requested extra cheese on my bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, but it wasn’t included. This was particularly frustrating because yesterday, I ordered the same thing and there was no cheese, which is why I specifically asked for extra today. The tater tots were incredibly soggy as well. I want to emphasize that this was not the dasher’s fault; she was very kind and offered to go back to fix our order, but I didn’t want to put the blame on her when the restaurant is the real issue. I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant.

I've dined at this restaurant three times over the past two years, and unfortunately, my experiences have been disappointing. It appears that the staff lack adequate training from their management. For example, they had difficulty properly cooking a croissant sandwich and opted to use a microwave instead of thoroughly preparing it. This lack of training is quite clear. I strongly urge management to invest in training for their hourly employees so they can improve their performance and achieve better success.

Everything was wonderful, but when I attempted to leave a tip, I was informed that the owner's policy prohibits it. Really? They offer lower wages and yet don't allow tips?
