It appears that getting a well-done hamburger can be a real challenge outside of Texas. I travel frequently and have even left restaurants because my burger was served rare. However, last night at Chili's, it was fantastic! It was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was excellent. Even the fries were delicious. It appears that getting a well-done hamburger can be a real challenge outside of Texas. I travel frequently and have even left restaurants because my burger was served rare. However, last night at Chili's, it was fantastic! It was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was excellent. Even the fries were delicious. The only downside was that we had to track down a server a couple of times to ask for flatware, napkins, salt, and so on, which was a bit amusing since the restaurant wasn't busy.
Food was OK. Asked for condiments twice and only got 1 of the 2 I asked

The steak was tough, and the atmosphere felt outdated. However, the chips and salsa were excellent.
We ordered burgers to go they were undercooked significantly and soggy... won't be back to this Chili's!We lived in Dallas many years and have been to many Chili's ...Dallas is the home of Chili's (Brinker International).... This one is the worst by far, unfortunately....
