I got a Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte. It was TERRIBLE?tasted like roach spray smells!!!
I stopped coming to this dunkin because the coffee tastes terrible every time. To the point where I can?t drink it because it turns my stomach so bad. Another thing, when you order less than 6 donuts they just toss them in a bag and the icing gets stuckto it and comes off. Yesterday I got a dozen donuts and it was in the MORNING and they were hard as a rock. This is one of theworst Dunkin?s. Go to the one on Boardman Poland road.
Just a quick trip through the drive-thru and received excellent and kind customer service. The person working the window was very pleasant. In a world of less and less personal communication, it was a nice change to have a greeting and kind smile from a staff member here. Appreciate the great service!
