Dunkin' - Struthers

Thanks for being open on holiday. I'm not trying to buy holidays, but I had a huge migraine and needed caffeine badly. So I came to the best dunkin. The staff was amazingly friendly. Actually, it seemed happy to be there. I didn't feel like an idiot for a vacation. I made a mobile order and the waiting was less than 5 minutes. There were at least 10 cars in front of me. Thank God I could get my life juice. I appreciate you all working on vacation.

I quit going to this store. Employees always look so miserable and coffee is never that good. I go to DD on 224 for much better service. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Always fast and friendly service. Amount of cream in the coffee isn't consistent though. It won't stop me from coming back though, some visits are just better than others...but none are bad! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Has really gone down hill. Service is slow and always gets the order wrong. Employees leaning on the counter holding their head up while running the register. Papers all over the outside. Ordered a large iced coffee with Carmel only. Had to repeat the order twice. Gave me a mocha coffee, again repeated what I wanted got a coffee with double cream. So disappointed in the quality of employees here. It's definitely the new hires. The older staff are great.
