I've been stopping by this Dunkin' on my way to work for months, but I won't be returning. In my last few visits, I've been overcharged for coffee. They charged me $6.00 for a large iced coffee just because I added one extra pump of pumpkin swirl on top of the three they already include in a large. No other Dunkin' does this. It feels a bit too money-hungry for my taste. View all feedback.

Dunkin always has decent donuts. Good coffee. And a speedy drive through. Wish the donuts were fresh, but it is what it is. They aren't bad.

Has really gone down hill. Service is slow and always gets the order wrong. Employees leaning on the counter holding their head up while running the register. Papers all over the outside. Ordered a large iced coffee with Carmel only. Had to repeat the order twice. Gave me a mocha coffee, again repeated what I wanted got a coffee with double cream. So disappointed in the quality of employees here. It's definitely the new hires. The older staff are great.
I quit going to this store. Employees always look so miserable and coffee is never that good. I go to DD on 224 for much better service.
Dunkin Donuts has a lot of choices, but figuring out how to make the perfect latte and cold brew has been a challenge for me. I feel like their flavorings and cream are on the heavy side. My favorite coffee/tea house drink is usually Chai tea, but theirs is a premix powder and is sweet like hot chocolate, doesn't have a lot of Chai flavor. The donuts are on the dry side but I absolutely love their sweet pepper bacon croissants.
