A truly enchanting dining experience! We’ve been here twice now (trying different dishes each time), and every meal has been extraordinary. The staff elevate the experience beyond just dining. The food is creative, visually appealing, and absolutely delicious. We’ve enjoyed both the wine pairings and the non-alcoholic options, and both are excellent. The sommelier is knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. We’re already planning special occasions just to come back. This place is a real gem. Service: Dine-in.

Lovely evening at Wilder. I had the wine pairings, and my mum had the non alcoholic pairings with the taster menu. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I am coeliacs and they made sure I was provided with alternatives to their gluten based items that were clearly freshly made onsite (very rare to have a fresh warm bread role as someone who cannot eat gluten). We particularly enjoyed the Canapés and Bread. I have to give a special mention to the Elderflower Hollandaise which accompanies one of the courses (as the menu is a lovely surprise I won't be posting any spoilers here), one of the best hollandaise sauces I've ever had. We will definitely be back, im eyeing up the Champaigne Brunch as we speak...
Overall, we rated this restaurant: - Food: 5 - Service: 5 - Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+ Will definitely book again!
I bought a tasting menu voucher for two as a birthday gift for my partner. We called ahead of our reservation to confirm that the voucher was still valid and to check if we needed to bring anything extra. Unfortunately, we had to pay an additional 20% when we left the restaurant because the prices had risen since the voucher was purchased three months prior. We were not informed about this price increase until after our meal, despite having called to confirm a few days earlier. The news was delivered in front of the entire dining room, which made us feel pressured to pay. It was very disappointing to be treated this way at the end of our evening, especially considering the food was lovely, albeit quite experimental and expensive.
