What Paulo Carreira Gomes doesn't like about The Three Horseshoes:
When it’s open it’s ok. Seems to be run as a hobby though because the opening times are haphazard at best. Rubbish wine choice. Only a few beers available. God knows when the CAMRA award was given. No chance now. Avoid this pub and go elsewhere. View all feedback. What SarahC0805 likes about The Three Horseshoes:
Relatively short menu but most people come for the pies. We enjoyed ours although a touch disappointed by the quantity of meat in the large size. We would certainly return to try a different version. read moreNestled in a charming location, this traditional pub offers a mix of experiences for diners. While praised for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, it struggles with inconsistent opening hours and a limited beverage selection. The food menu varies; recommendations highlight the innovative “3 Shu Pie,” celebrated for its diverse fillings and fresh ingredients, while some dishes leave much to be desired. Despite slow service, many guests appreciate the quality when it arrives. Overall, it remains a beloved local staple with potential, ideal for those seeking a casual meal amidst charming surroundings—but patience may be required.
