The At Highfield Garden World - Stroud

Great food but there are a few members of staff that need retraining on customer service. Extremely rude lady towards my elderly father. When we approached someone about what had happened we were told that it was always very busy so that was just how it is and the rude person that had served us was the manager. Sorry but it being busy does not excuse rudeness! Food hall is not very organised at all with no one knowing where to queue to pay or get drinks. Could be solved quite easily.

Definitely gone downhill. Visited twice in two weeks as it's convenient but had to send the coffee back both times as it was barely lukewarm. The cakes look wonderful but taste dry, the staff are off hand to the point of rudeness and the chairs are uncomfortable. Don't bother. Dobbies and Costa are just up the road!

Overpriced, presentation of Sunday lunch very poor, small portion of meat and roast potatoes had extremely tough skins. Restaurant has gone downhill since Covid and could do with more supervision.

Cheap and nasty. Massive glass shed crammed with people. Motorway service stations are nicer than this, Served by a really rude member of staff who threw the food at us and accused us of queue jumping we hadn't, in fact we had queued for ages. The food was cold in parts and lukewarm in others, when it should have been piping hot. The cutlery was so cheap, the handles of the knives and forks were sharp. They make you walk around the whole shop to get in and out of the cafe, so that you have to walk past miles of tat not exactly disabled friendly. It"s a shrine to greed. Our advice: go to Waterside cafe and garden centre in Nailsworth.

Terrible coffee. They need barista training, I visite Highfields Garden Centers quite often, the restaurant’s food is excellent but there coffee is terrible.
