I didn't enjoy my experience at all. There were no mushrooms, only 1 sausage instead of the usual 2. I must admit that it was over 15 years ago since I last visited this restaurant. This recent visit was my first time back since then.
I met up with one of my closest friends at this restaurant and enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere. The coffee was good, and the food overall was typical cafe fare. However, the milkshakes were exceptional and the best in town.
Ryan E (0 review) The worst breakfast experience in my whole time living in and around stroud, Ordered three breakfasts and a couple of drinks This was approximately 12:00 and it wasn't busy in there,Waited 20 minutes just to get drinks then it took approximately 35 minutes from ordering to get food to our table which didn't come at the same time and when it did arrive was wrong cold and missing one whole breakfast. I will never return to this cafe and would advise anyone considering going here to think twice and just walk a little further up the street and go to Milanos.
The local café is likely the busiest in town. They serve delicious food and have friendly staff.
We stopped on a Saturday for brunch after the market. It was busy, but the service was fast. The food was below average. Just seemed to have very cheap ingredients. The toast with our meals were standard white bread from probably tesco and the cappuccino was not good. For the price of the food we expected a bit better quality. Over £10 for a standard breakfast.
